"Walking into Kristin's yoga class is a wonderful treat in the middle of my week.
"Her warm greeting eases her students into 90 minutes of peaceful practice segments, each rewarding on many levels. We begin with Shavasana, yoga's relaxation pose, and a breathing practice where, for a time, the events of the day fall away and my inner self is free to focus on the present.
"Kristin then invites our "lighter" selves to learn the poses for the lesson, opening our selves both outside and inside, releasing spinal tension and giving more ease of motion in our bodies. She first demonstrates, and then we participate with her guidance.
